I had not done surveys on Peanut Labs for a few days. Logged in today, September 21, 2020 and completed a survey. Instead of being awarded the incentive for taking the survey, I was directed to a page that said that my account had been permanently suspended for violations. I haven’t committed any violations. All I did was give honest answers to the survey questions. What is going on with Peanut Labs lately? You barely get any surveys and most of the time, the surveys don’t give you the allocated points that they say you’re going to get for completing the survey.
Had a similarly poor experience with Peanutlabs. It’s a scam site harvesting the personal details of panel members for monetary gains. Once data is collected then all of a sudden accounts are suspended with no warning, no justification. There is no response from customer support. Information Commissioner’s Office is the right regulatory body where concerns about this company should be formally raised for anyone in the UK suspecting a data breach.
They wait till you have completed almost the entire survey and then appears a message just saying that they have enough responses yet. Enough responses which they don’t pay ANYTHING AND MAKE YOU LOOSE YOUR TIME. I have made a lot of these surveys, waiting for one that I could finish BUT IT’S IMPOSSIBLE BC IT’S A SCAM. I’m sure that this web just want to have your data and when they have it just send you out of the survey so THEY DON’T PAY ANYTHING. Please don’t loose your time making this fake web earn data without rewarding their clients. This has pissed me off so many times but THERE WILL BE NO MORE TIMES FOR ME.
It’s the worst experience ever! Is there any way we can report them as it is a scam they make you do all the surveys and when it’s all done you are banned? I did not even get paid for the surveys which I finished.
Totally a waste of precious time nothing we are getting only some bugs that is also once or twice a month, now the account is permanently suspended, why don’t know. I think they have no money to pay anymore because of the lack of surveys and they are not able to survive during covid-19 as there was always less number of surveys, And most survey portals removing peanut labs from their survey panel list.
